IT36788: BYTESSENT and BYTESRCVD channel status values do not wrap as expected

Error description

• The IBM MQ documentation indicates channel status attributes
  BYTESSENT and BYTESRCVD  wrap at 999999999, however the values
  were not wrapping as documented.

  Users of MQ 9.2.0.2 and users who applied the fix for the APAR

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  APAR IT33571 made changes to the BYTESSENT and BYTESRCVD channel
  status attributes, to prevent those numbers incorrectly wrapping
  to negative values.
  However the version of the IT33571 code change delivered in the
  9.2.0.2
  fix pack was incorrect and did not correctly reflect the
  documented behaviour.
  

Problem conclusion

• The IBM MQ code has been modified to resolve the problem with
  BYTSSENT and BYTSRCVD.
