IT36750: The amqicfil utility fails when installing an interim fix of some components such as libcurl

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The utility amqicfil.sh on HP-UX and Solaris fails when
  attempting to patch libcurl.
  

Local fix

• Put the interim fix files into a directory somewhere else other
  than a subdirectory under /opt/mqm and install the fix from
  there.

  Users wishing to apply an interim fix to IBM MQ for components
  such as libcurl on HP-UX or Solaris.

  Solaris x86-64, Solaris SPARC, HP-UX Itanium

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The mqfixinst command invokes the amqicfil utility which
  incorrectly reported a failure condition when called modify
  libraries such as libcurl, for which no action was required.
  

Problem conclusion

• The amqicfil utility has been updated to address this issue.
