  --erkey for  generated cdr define replicate commands

  You can see that customer_repl is a master replicate but is not
  listed in the 'cdr define replicate' command generated by 'cdr
  list catalog -r'
  
  Similarly can see from the  replicate definition of test1_repl,
  erkey was used to define the replicate but is not listed in the
  'cdr define replicate' command generated by 'cdr list catalog
  -r'.
