IT36347: MQ appliance might fail to collect sysrecord or other logs in error report

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When using "dir audit" command, we see the list of sysrecord
  files which should be included in error report. But when error
  report is generated, the sysrecord files are missing.
  
  This problem is not specific to sysrecord, other log files(e.g.
  dpmon log)
  might also be missing
  

Local fix

• Manually copy the files from temporary filesystem

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  A defect in internal filename scheming might cause the MQ
  appliance error
