IT36119: A persistent message was not delivered asynchronously to an application on queue manager shutdown

Error description

• When a queue manager was shut down a message was not delivered
  to a client application which was performing asynchronous gets.

  Applications which set the MQGMO_FAIL_IF_QUIESCING flag and
  receive messages asynchronously.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  A queue manager removed a message from a queue and sent it to a
  client application which was receiving messages asynchronously.
   The queue manager was then immediately shut down.  A defect in
  the MQ client code meant that the "queue manager quiescing"
  notification was processed before the message so the client
  closed the connection without delivering the message to the
  application.
  

Problem conclusion

• The defect has been fixed.
