Error description

• For example, db2prereqcheck reports:

  This issue is delivered in wsdbu01458135 and wsdbu01459961.
  

Local fix

• If you know that your Power level is 6 or greater, and 'lsdev
  -Cc iocp' reports
  iocp0 Available  I/O Completion Ports
  you can ignore the errors and proceed with installing or
  upgrading DB2
