IT31406: MQ failure data capture (FDC) record has truncated trace history

• When MQ code writes FDC records, they can omit some of the trace
  history information.

  Users of MQ queue managers, or MQ applications (except Java/JMS
  applications which connect to a queue manager via TCP/IP only).

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  In the MQ code that writes FDC records, there was a logic error
  causing a pointer to move forwards by too many bytes.  The
  result was that some history entries were being missed from the
  output.
  

Problem conclusion

• The coding error has been corrected.
