IT31286: On MQ Appliance the show interface output may sometimes not showthe network interfaces.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The error-report contains following lines which shows the number
  of network interfaces are 0
  
  <diagifnum code="0x80400030" status="error">Expected number of
  interfaces: 14 - Found: 0.</diagifnum>
  

Local fix

• Rebooting appliance will resolve the issue.
