Error description

• When running queries containing NOT EXISTS or NOT IN
  sub-queries, user
  might observe the following SQL0901 error:
  Bad Plan; Unresolved QNC found
  Or hangs in "sqlnr_sort_sips_order" function
  
  
  A query causing this 901 error or hang usually have the
  following
  characteristics:
  1. the query contains at least one NOT EXISTS or NOT IN
  sub-query
  2. the NOT EXISTS or NOT IN sub-query is correlated to at least
  another
  sub-select (sub-select A)
  or base tables joined with other sub-selects
  3. sub-select A is correlated to another sub-select (sub-select
  B) that
  is not referenced by the NOT EXISTS or the NOT IN sub-query
