Error description

• Error Description:
  
  When connecting from a Backup Archive client to an IBM Spectrum
  Protect Server, which fails over to the secondary server
  defined, this can fail with :
  
  ANS2107I Attempting to connect to secondary server TEST at TEST:
  2400
  ANS5216E Could not establish a TCP/IP connection with address
  'TEST:1500'. The TCP/IP error is 'No connection could be
  established No connection could be made because the target
  machine actively refused it' (errno = 10061)
  ANS9020E A session could not be established with a TSM server or
  client agent.  The return code is -50.
  
  ANS2110I Connection to secondary server TSM TEST failed
  
  In the above example, the following client options were  coded :

  This is seen when connecting to server versions later than 7.1.8
  or 8.1.2.
  
  The option "REPLSSLPORT" is now deprecated from versions 7.1.8
  and 8.1.2 onwards as all ports are now SSL between these server
  versions. IT23216 allowed you to use REPLSSLPORT but only when
  the option "SSL YES" is specified in the dsm.opt. If "SSL NO" is
  specified, or if this is not set (as NO is the default value),
  then the port is not correctly set and we attempt to connect
  using the TCPPORT

• If at the fixing level for IT23216, specify SSL YES in the
  client option file.

Problem conclusion

• Do not use option REPLSSLPORT with new servers  since on the
  server this option was deprecated because  all PORTS are
  SSL-protected.
