Error description
This is the same issue as PI73641 which is a BigSQL APAR: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg1PI73641 This is being opened so we can fix the same issue in DB2 v11.1. During an interrupt, the database can panic and shut down when DB2 is handling a regular expression (REGEX).
