• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Journaling backup operation in Tivoli Storage Manager Client may
  lead to a filesystem lock condition on UNIX  systems. As result
   no read and write operations are possible on the filesystem.
  
  
  Customer/L2 Diagnostics: A reboot or a forced dismount of the
  filesystem generate a dump file. The stack in AIX looks like:

  This issue is  caused by filepath's audit log buffer being full
  as consequence filepath suspends file system I/Os from
  completing. This can happen if the journaling daemon that
  periodically empties the buffer doesn't run fast enough for the
  amount of I/O the system is experiencing.

  Manager Client v7.1 on UNIX platforms

• Disable Journal backup operation on the filesystem.

Problem conclusion

• A new option FilepathBlockIO was added. This option can be used
  to block I/O (default behaviour) or not to block I/O and reset
  journal.
