Error description
'Top Category Types' Dashboard to list Offense types can cause user interface instability, potentially leading to issues loading pages when multiple users open the Dashboard. This issue can occur when QRadar is configured with more than 1000 networks defined where users have access to view All Networks in the Security Profile without any network or precedence permissions set. When multiple users click the Dashboard, the thousands of networks, times the number of users attempting to draw the offense type data can cause the system to attempt to render millions of rows of data. This can lead to performance issues and user interface instability.
Local fix
User can manually remove the 'Top Category Type' dashboard if user interface stability is an issue. OR Contact Support for a possible workaround that might address this issue in some instances.
