APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • QRadar on Cloud users with the SAASADMIN ROLE can experience an
issue where the Asset Details page does not display as expected.
This issue occurs when a user with the SAASADMIN role
attempts to view all of the users related to an asset. In the
Asset Summary section, clicking on Last User 'All Users' link
generates an application error.

As the SAASADMIN role does not have sufficient permissions to
view the AssetUserList information, the following message is
displayed:
"An error has occurred. Return and attempt the action again.
If the problem persists contact support for assistance."

The following error can be found in qradar.log:

.struts2.interceptors.RequestProcessorInterceptor:[ERROR] [NOT:0
'[email protected]' does not have access to
'assetprofile/AssetUserList', redirecting to DisplayException

Local fix

  • No workaround available. APARs identified as 'No workaround
available' require a software delivery to resolve.
Administrators can subscribe to the APAR to receive updates when
software releases are published for this issue.

  • This issue has been resolved in QRadar 7.5.0 Update Package 6.
