Error description

• PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  In asset application when you delete a downtime record from
  managed downtime history action, system is
  not recalculating downtime on Total Downtime field
  (ASSET.TOTDOWNTIME).
  For this issue we have APAR IJ25476.

  But APAR IJ25476 will only corrects the downtime issue in new
  asset records. It will not fix asset records with a downtime
  history that was created/modified before the APAR fix was
  applied.
  This new APAR should modify the fix (from APAR IJ25476) so that
  it will recalculate also for those records created/modified
  before the fix  was applied. This recalculation (performed by
  ModDowntimeHistSet::execute) would only occur after the Modify
  Downtime History dialog is opened/closed.
  
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Go to ASSET app, select asset 1002
  2. Check the state of Asset Up? checkboxAsset Up? -> checked ->
  OK
  3. Status Date is empty -> OK
  Total Downtime: 0:00 -> OK
  4. From More Actions menu -> Click on Report Downtime
  5. Click on Report Downtime
   Start Date: 14/08/20 03:46
   End Date: 21/08/2020 03:46
   Hours: 168:00
   Downtime Code: BRKDWN
   Downtime Type: Operational
  6. Save the Report Downtime
  7. Total Downtime: is now 168:00, which is OK
   Now we decide to remove this record from Downtime history
     (ASSETSTATUS) because we made a mistake  and need to correct
    this.
  8. Go to Manage Downtime History and remove the last entry of
  168.00 Downtime hours
  
  RESULTS: Total Downtime: 168:00 -> Not OK. This should be
  recalculated over the total assetstatus records.
  Also, Asset.IsRunning checkbox not updating when the downtime
  history is modified.
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS: Total Downtime: 00:00 -> since we removed the
  last entry from the Manage Downtime History and the
  Asset.IsRunning checkbox to be updated when the downtime
  history is modified.
