  • Problem Description
    In asset application when you delete a
    downtime record from managed downtime history action, system is
    not recalculating downtime on Total Downtime field
    (ASSET.TOTDOWNTIME).
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    .Create a new
    Asset
    .Save
    .MORE ACTIONS >> REPORT DOWNTIME
    .Start = Yesterday
    (same time as now)
    .End = Now
    .Non-Operational
    .On Downtime
    section, Total Downtime field is updated to 24 hours
    .MORE
    ACTIONS >> REPORT DOWNTIME
    .Start = 3 days ago (same time as
    now)
    .End = 3 days ago (now plus 1 hour)
    .Non-Operational
    .On
    Downtime section, Total Downtime field is updated to 25
    hours
    .MORE ACTIONS >> MANAGE DOWNTIME HISTORY
    .Delete the
    record with 1 hour.
    .Click OK button
    .On Downtime section,
    Total Downtime field is not updated and remains 25
    hours
    
    RESULTS: Total Downtime field is not updated.
    
    EXPECTED
    RESULTS: Total Downtime field should be updated to 24
    hours.
