Upgrade or patch to QRadar 7.4.0 FixPack 3 can result in failure to mount filesystem and cause the QRadar appliance to fail to boot. This is due to the use of kernel 3.10.0-1127.el7.x84_64 as identified in the following note: https://access.redhat.com/solutions/5075561
