APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • It has been identified that the QRadar update-remote-certs.sh
    script fails to list the proper IP of App Host if the Qradar
    Console is in a NATed environment when an App Host is not.
    When this issue is occuring, certificate generation fails to
    push out as the managed host IP returns an empty result.
    

Local fix

  • Contact Support for a possible workaround that might address
    this issue in some instances.
