Error description

  • It has been identified that user login failure can occur after
    deleting a QRadar user role or security profile when LDAP group
    authorization is active.
    

Local fix

  • Open the Authentication dialog page, open each affected
    Repository for editing, and immediately save.
    A deploy changes is then required for the changes to take
    effect.
    

Problem summary

  • Permanent restriction, problem was found but will not be fixed
    for now. We are working on a long-term plan of
    rewriting/refactoring the authentication modules to resolve
    security and usability issues.
