APAR status

Error description

  • It has been identified that when a QRadar Network Insights
    (QNI) appliance is under high load, the Napatech service can
    sometimes fail to load as expected during the service restarts
    that occur during a Deploy Full Configuration function.
    

Local fix

  • Contact Support for a possible workaround that might address
    this issue in some instances.
    

Problem summary

  • This issue was fixed in QRadar QRM QVM release of 7.3.2 Patch 2
    Interimfix 01 and 7.3.2 Patch 3.
