APAR status

Error description

  • It has been identified that performing an enable or disable of
    a Log Source using either the API (Log Source Management App)
    or the legacy Log Source management page can sometimes cause a
    tomcat out of memory in QRadar environments with a very large
    number of Log Sources.
    

Local fix

  • No workaround available.

  • This issue was fixed in QRadar QRM QVM release of 7.3.3 Patch
    1 and 7.3.2 Patch 6.
