APAR status

Error description

  • It has been identified that QRadar Apps can sometimes fail to
    load after a High Availabilty failover has occured.
    
    Messages similar to the following might be visible in
    /var/log/qradar.error when this particular issue is occurring:

  • Contact Support for a possible workaround that might address
    this issue in some instances.
