Error description

  • The sqloread function doesn't handle the NULL buffer pointer
properly, which may eventually crash the instance with the
    signal 11.

When the crash occurs, you may see the stacks of the crashing
    agent as below:

    ?unknown
    sqlbReadBlocks
    sqlbDMSReadContainerData
    sqlbDMSMapAndRead
    sqlbDMSDirectRead
    sqlbDirectRead

    sqldx_diskread
    sqldxReadLobData
    sqldxReadLob
    sqldx_lob_read
    sqldFetchLFD
    sqlriglf
    sqlrimso
    sqlriWriteCsoIntoBuffer
    sqlriExtDtaGetNextChunk
    sqlrrProcessGetNextChunk
    sqlrrGetNextChunk
    sqljs_ddm_getnxtchk
    sqljsParseRdbAccessed
    ...

Where the top function "?unknown" should actually be resolved to
    the os function memcpy.
