Statistics of CPU and memory utilization of workload partition.

Workload partitions are virtualized operating system environments within a single instance of the AIX® operating system. WPARs secure and isolate the environment for the processes and signals that are used by the enterprise applications. Different tags that represent WPAR statistics follow:
WPARCPU, Physical CPU by WPAR, <WPAR list>
<WPAR list> is a comma-separated list of WPAR names. Each sample recording contains data about the physical processing units that are consumed by the corresponding WPAR per second.
WPARMEM Memory MB by WPAR, <WPAR list>
Total real memory that is used by the corresponding WPAR.
