How can I set up an add and remove job, and only transfer the new people added to the audience?

You'll add new contacts to the list, then remove any existing contacts, and then only pay for the new contacts added to the list. However, because you're using a query to remove contacts from the list, you'll retain the original list.

Add and remove contacts

  1. Set up or use an existing audience.
  2. Set up a daily, weekly, or monthly add job to Add new records for that existing audience source. This adds new contacts to the audience.
  3. Set up a query with criteria that will populate it with contacts to be removed from the audience.
  4. Set up a daily, weekly, or monthly remove job choosing to Remove specified record removing contacts that meet the "existing contacts" query criteria from the main audience. The remove source can be either a contact list or query.

Schedule the Remove specified record job at least one hour after the existing audience Add new records job.
