How would I use the Remove specific records option in Social Audiences?

You can remove contacts from your campaign by using the Remove specific records option.

  1. In your marketing database, create the list of customers you want to remove.
  2. Go to the list of audiences and select the audience you want to edit.
  3. Go into Audience details (of a parent audience).
  4. Select Create an export.
    Note: Using that new list removes those specific records from your campaign.
  5. Select the Producer, Source audience, Segment, choose the identifier. Next, specify how to modify the audience by selecting Remove specified records.
