Installing an IBM RPA with Automation Anywhere client
You can install an IBM Robotic Process Automation with Automation Anywhere client interactively by using the command line, or silently by using a response file.
About this task
Different types of client are available:
- For IBM RPA with Automation Anywhere Express:
- Bot Creator for creating and testing bots and then uploading them to the control room.
- Bot Runner Express for running bots.
- 11.0.0.6+ Attended Bot for running bots manually on a user's desktop.
- For IBM RPA with Automation Anywhere Enterprise:
- Bot Creator for creating and testing bots and then uploading them to the control room.
- Bot Runner (non-production) for running bots in non-production environments, for example, for testing.
- Bot Runner (production) for running bots in production environments.
- Attended Bot for running bots manually on a user's desktop.
