Maximo® for Service Providers version 7.6 introduces support for multitenancy features and new billing and ticketing options.
Support for multitenancy features
Multitenancy provides data isolation for each tenant that is hosted by a system provider. Customers can be administered as tenants, which means that each customer's data and customer-level business processes can be isolated from data and processes for other customers. Multitenancy features are available when IBM® Maximo Asset Management version 7.6 with multitenancy is installed.
