Users with the Developer role can view different dashboards and the corresponding charts from the
Monitoring tab. The dashboards present data in various charts about the
health of the servers and database, number of orders processed or completed, database connections,
locks, and queries, and API performance.
Before you begin
Monitoring dashboards are available in the Self
Service for the preproduction and production environment to view some of the key
metrics. To view the data in the charts, run the Build Custom Runtime and Update
OMS process at least once. Some of the charts show data by default.
