    extends TaskException
    Exception class for error message Api.EverybodyWorkItem.
    Thrown when: Every user has a work item for this object with this reason. Adding further users, or transferring, or deleting a work item for a specific user is not supported.
    User action: If you want to use an explicit list of users, you must modify the people assignment criteria (staff verb).
