Verify

If your organization includes the online submission of documents in their business process, citizens are notified in the Universal Access Responsive Web Application when some of their information needs to be verified with supporting documentation. They can then provide that supporting documentation online. Both citizens and caseworkers receive notifications, alerting them to any steps to take. Case workers control the verification of evidence, ensuring adherence to agency standards.
