Installing and configuring the system
Use this information to install and configure the IBM® Hyperconverged Systems powered by Nutanix offering.
Attention: Ensure that all Nutanix license provisioning has been completed before installation.
- If a contact at your company has not received an email from Nutanix with the subject line
"License Provisioned", send an email to Nutanix at ibm_orders@nutanix.com with the following information.
- Serial numbers
- End user company name (asset owner who owns title to the product)
- End user contact name
- End user contact phone number
- End user contact email address
- Once the "License Provisioned" email has been sent, proceed with the following steps.
- To activate your license, logon to the Support Portal (portal.nutanix.com).
- For additional information regarding license activation, go to Nutanix Product Support (www.nutanix.com/support)
- For specific features, functions, and a full product description, go to Nutanix Products (www.nutanix.com/products)
- The ordered product and your use is subject to the Nutanix End User License Agreement (www.nutanix.com/eula)
