GFSPCRD
Global flexible service processor (GFSP) interface cards might be failing.
To determine the location of the GFSP interface cards, complete the following steps:
- Is a location code available in the serviceable event view for this failing item?
- Yes: The location code in the serviceable event view is the location of the service processor. Continue with the next step.
- No: The location of the service processor could not be determined. Continue with the next step.
- Use the following table to determine the location of the GFSP interface cards to replace. If the
location of the service processor was identified in step 1, replace only the GFSP interface
cards associated with that service processor. Otherwise, replace the GFSP interface cards associated
with both service processors. Use the management console to replace the GFSP interface cards that
are indicated in this procedure, one at a time, until the problem is resolved.
