Taskmaster Capture supports
local scanning and remote scanning.
- Local scanning uses a scanner that is attached to and controlled
from the Taskmaster Taskmaster DotScan component. DotScan
supports ISIS and TWAIN scanners.
- Remote scanning uses the Taskmaster Web client to scan and
then upload the documents. The Taskmaster Web client supports TWAIN
scanners only.
- FastDoc scanning
uses the FastDoc interface.
Confirm that your scanner driver is installed and that the scanner
is functioning properly before you attempt to configure Taskmaster to use the scanner.
