What's new

Use Windows scripts to define dependencies between fields

You can now use a Windows script to define fields that control the values or visibility in another field for users who access submission forms with IBM Spectrum LSF Application Center Desktop Client.

In your submission template, when you modify the field that is controlled, select the new field Enable Dependencies in IBM Spectrum LSF Desktop Client to specify the Windows script. When a user uses the submission form in IBM Spectrum LSF Application Center Desktop Client, the Windows script is copied to the user's local computer and run.

Submit flows from IBM Spectrum LSF Application Center Desktop Client

When IBM Spectrum LSF Application Center is integrated with IBM Spectrum LSF Process Manager, submission forms for flows are now displayed in IBM Spectrum LSF Application Center Desktop Client. You can now submit flows from IBM Spectrum LSF Application Center Desktop Client.

Edit command scripts from within a flow

When IBM Spectrum LSF Application Center is integrated with IBM Spectrum LSF Process Manager, you can now edit script files from within your flow definition.

To edit a script, click the Open File button that is located beside the Command to run field in the Job Definition, Job Array Definition, Local Job Definition, Job Submission Script Definition, and Job Script Array Definition.
