FILEREAD attempts to read z storage
units (bytes) from file x into location y.
It returns the number of storage units actually read.

- Expression with type POINTER or OFFSET. If the type is OFFSET,
the expression must be an OFFSET variable declared with the AREA attribute.

- Expression. It must have a computational
type and is converted to type size_t.1
FILEREAD can read only TYPE(U) files.
