What are the basic steps to creating a Scoring Model?

You're now ready to create a scoring model.

To create a new scoring model, follow these steps:

1. In Acoustic Campaign, go to Scoring > Scoring models.
2. Choose a template.
3. Assign point levels.
4. Categorize your contacts based on a ranking system you determine.
5. Add data values.
