Why is the tracking not working for a message?

Tracking for a message might not be working for several reasons. Review the troubleshooting tips to learn how to fix some of the issues.

The following are a few reasons why tracking is not working for an email:
  • Hyperlink tracking is not enabled for your email.
  • Your links are not tracked links.
  • Two or more links have the same name or URL.

    Duplicate URLs that are used in links within the message cause the tracking data for that message to be skewed. If you have recurring URLs in the document, make sure that you differentiate between the links by giving them different link names.
