Why is the tracked hyperlink missing in my Clickthrough Performance Report?

The Clickthrough Performance Report provides a visual overview of the click information for each of the tracked hyperlink. The links are highlighted and color-coded to indicate above and below average performances and the most clicked link. In general, the report provides a heat-map showing the percentage of clickthrough that an email link has received.

In some cases your sent emails may not display the tracked hyperlink in the Clickthrough Performance Report. For example, if you open your sent email might have external content that included links but may not be tracked and listed in the Clickthrough Performance Report. This is because, when you insert an external content block into an email template there is a check-box called Track hyperlink that must be selected in order to create tracked links from the scraped content. By default the checkbox is selected, however copying the template retains this setting in your new template.
