What do time stamps reflect in the single mailing report?

The time stamp reflects the time that the email completed sending.

You can view the time stamp in two ways:

Under Single Mailing Reports > Summary. the date and time next to the Last Sent field indicates the time stamp.
Under Single Mailing Report, the date and time next to the Sent field indicates the time stamp.
