Why is the unique click % incorrect in mailing report summary

While one would expect Unique Click % to be calculated based on Unique Clicks divided by delivered, it is instead calculating based on the ratio of Unique Clicks to Unique Opens. For example, if you have three Unique Clicks with two Unique Opens for that time period. The result is a Unique Click % of 150%. This calculation also affects the Recent Mailings widget. You see that the Effective Rate is the same as the Unique Click %. The reason is because Unique Click % and Effective Rate are calculated the same way, that is Unique Clicks are divided by Unique Opens.
