Is there a way to see the recipients of emails or rows in my contact sources?

There is no way to see the recipients of emails or rows in my contact sources as the Excel Add-in only provides aggregate data at this time. However, for recipient-level data, you may try the following:

Enable automated behavior updates on your main database, which stores a datestamp for clicks, opens, and sent.
Export tracking metrics from your emails in the legacy Single Mailing Report.
Use our XML API tools to export raw recipient metrics.
