Why is my click map not displaying the performance data

If your click map does not display performance data, the CSS might be conflicting with the HTML in an email.

When the click map loads in reporting or when the clickthrough PDF is generated, the area that displays the number of clicks and percentages shows no results. This discrepancy is caused by CSS that is in the HTML of the email template. CSS conflicts with HTML that is in the email that is used to display the click numbers next to the links. Click map data is displayed by injecting the clickthrough data into the HTML of the email and that data is shown on the click map page. Extensive use of CSS can cause the click map data to display incorrectly. Additionally, the use of CSS is not advisable in HTML emails because many email clients remove CSS. It is recommended to use inline styling.
