Can I collect email addresses with Forward to a Friend feature

Reporting in Acoustic Campaign does not collect the resulting email address when a recipient sends a message by using Forward to a Friend in a email.

Collecting email addresses in this manner violates the CAN-SPAM Act.

Note: In the United States, the Federal anti-spam law is called Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act (CAN-SPAM). Marketers must comply with CAN-SPAM to legally send marketing email. Violators can and have been successfully sued by the FTC.
