Shortlisting providers

Care team members and clients can shortlist providers for a service. Shortlisted providers are listed first by service, and then by the client or care team member who shortlisted them. From the shortlist, you can create an inquiry for a service that includes each of the providers in the shortlist for that service.

1. Sign in to your account.
   Your home page opens.
2. To see your clients, from the Side Navigation Menu, select Clients > My Clients, or search for other clients.
3. Click a client name.
   Their Summary View opens.
4. Select Plan > Community Resources.
5. Search for services or providers and, from a service in your search results, click Shortlist.
   The provider of the service is shortlisted.
