Managing client referrals

If an existing client has care needs, you can manually refer the client for care management. You can create a referral for any client who is active or inactive in the application, and assuming that organization units are enabled for your organization, you can route the referral to the correct organization unit. You can review and disposition open client referrals. Clients that are received from an external system via an API or via a cohort can be managed in the same way.
