Monitoring my alerts

You can see a list of all alerts that you were notified about on the Care Manager Workspace. You can edit, close, or comment on the alerts.

Procedure

  1. Sign in to your account.
    Your home page opens.
  2. From the Side Navigation Menu, select Alert Notifications.
    The My Alert Notifications page opens.
  3. Use the Actions menu of an alert to access the following options.
    • Select Edit to modify the alert.
    • Select Comment to add a comment.
    • Select Close to close the alert.
  4. Click the name of any client's alert to access the Summary View for that client.
