Predefined patterns

You can use predefined virtual system patterns for quick deployment.

In the Virtual System Patterns window, you can see the following predefined virtual system patterns:
IBM® ODM 8.9.2 stand-alone development environment
Deploys an IBM ODM instance in the golden topology to set up a stand-alone development environment.
IBM ODM 8.9.2 with DB2® HADR
Deploys an IBM ODM in the golden topology with IBM DB2 High Availability Disaster Recovery (HADR) and IBM HTTP Server (IHS).
IBM ODM 8.9.2 with DB2 stand-alone
Deploys an IBM ODM in the golden topology with stand-alone DB2 and IHS.
IBM ODM 8.9.2 with external Oracle
Deploys an IBM ODM in the golden topology with external Oracle and IHS.

Important: Predefined virtual system patterns are read-only. Therefore, to modify the properties of a predefined virtual system pattern, you must clone the predefined virtual system pattern that you want, and then modify the properties of the cloned virtual system pattern.
