If Spaces are enabled in a Catalog, you can use the API Manager user interface to separately manage the Products that are staged or published to each Space.
Before you begin
To manage Products in a Space in the API Manager UI, a user must be assigned a role that has the permission. For more information on assigning Space permissions to a role, see Managing user access in a Space.
Procedure
To manage the Products that are staged or published to a specific Space, complete the following
steps:

On the Dashboard of
the API Manager UI, select the Catalog that
you want to work with.

In the submenu navigation banner, click the Spaces menu drop-down arrow to select
the Space that you want to work
with. The Products tab for the Space opens.
The Products tab lists only the Products in the selected Space.
