OSA error codes

0002: If you receive this error code while enabling an OLM interface, it means that this is the FIRST connection on the target port to attempt OLM enablement, but the maximum number of non-OLM connections has already been established on the target port.
Reduce the total number of connections on the port to less than the maximum or do not enable OLM.
0010: If you encounter error 0010 when registering an IP address for inbound workload queueing, the routing variable is already in use.
5001: The operating system issued the same command to OSA during OSA initialization, resulting in this sequence error code being returned.
No user action should be necessary.
